Official Promotion Rules

Thank you for your participation in the Gift Card Giveaway promotional drawing (the
“Promotion”) sponsored by Aqua Resolution, LLC (“Sponsor”)., your local The Home
Depot® Home Services Water Treatment Service Provider. Simply complete this
entry form and deposit at point of promotion.

No purchase necessary to enter to win and a purchase does not increase an individual’s chances of winning.  From all eligible entries received, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) grand prize winner.

 

The prize winner will be notified by telephone, The Gift Card Giveaway is not a The Home Depot® promotion. Winner will be required to sign and return a Winner’s Release Form within ten (10) days from the date it was sent or another winner may be
selected. Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions on the back of each card and as otherwise specified by The Home Depot®. Decisions of judges are final.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the State of Illinois, at least
21 years of age, except employees of Sponsor, their advertising and promotional
agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. Entries are limited
to one per family. Promotion is subject to all federal, State and local laws and
regulations; void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Limitations of Liability/Reserved Rights. Neither Sponsor, The Home Depot, their
subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any
obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate

information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications
that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not
received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to technical error of any
kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer
malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused
by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor,
in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the
entry process or otherwise violating these rules.

Submitting an Entry authorizes Sponsor to contact you using an automatic phone
system at the telephone number provide on the Entry form, or to contact you by text or email.
